How can we make retail environments more accessible and inviting for those with physical restrictions?
Our app, Mobell, allows users to silently and accessibly ask for help, bringing inclusivity into every business. We created this app and business plan at a 24-hour hackathon. We won first place at the event and also received an award for best use of satellite technology.

Our Process
The idea was inspired by an experience I had where I witnessed a man in a motorized wheelchair wait at a cafe entrance until someone noticed and opened the door for him.
This project was developed by a team of 8 design, computer science and engineering students from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
